One of the best purchases I’ve made for my new sleep routine. I recently read an article about the need for darkness in order to produce melatonin. Prior to this purchase I was waking up naturally, especially now that it’s summer time, at 4-5am and was not getting a decent night asleep. What a difference this has made. I now get woken up by my alarm!

On my window in the stable block to prevent the Swallows from flying into it. They applied easily, look fantastic & I am very pleased with them. Thank you!

These are very good. Stay up well and really do block out any light. Perfect.

We desperately needed one of these as we have a street lamp outside our room.

When they arrived, we had to adjust them to fit our windows, as our windows are smaller than the size of the cover.

But they are amazing at keeping the light out. We have slept better since buying this item, and thoroughly recommend it :).

My first thought on opening this item was that I could have made my own out of a bin-liner but on further examination, I could see that this was well made and finished. Although it advises that it is used on window frame etc, I needed to put it up directly onto a painted wall so I took a chance and stuck the velcro pads on not expecting much but `hey presto!` it worked just using the spot pads and not the full velcro strips. The initial `plastic` smell wore off very quickly and the blind is working very successfully. It is worth the money purely for the convenience.

This sun-blind is excellent. It can be used as two individual blinds or as one large blind. Velcro fastening makes it easy to take up and down versus the usual suckers on this kind of blind. Would recommend.

These are excellent!! Absolutely blackout and so easy to put up. Works a treat for my toddlers and my 10yr old as there's 2 blinds in the pack. Such value for money and better than the sucker blinds. We are able to put these up each night and fold away in the morning.
