Shipping & returns

1. Delivery of Goods to You

1.1. Subject to clause 3.4., we will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you place your order.

1.2. Unless we notify you otherwise, we will ship your order on the same day or the following day at the latest. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or myHermes, arrival with customer being 3 days (UK Mainland). Any special delivery instructions should be made in the comments box at time of checkout.

1.3. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when you have paid for them and when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

1.4. We will not deliver to a PO Box address. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, a communal postal address.

2. Events beyond our control

We shall have no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so, or for any damage, or defect of goods delivered caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including without limitation: strikes and other industrial disputes, lock-outs, terrorism, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion, accident or severe weather.

3. Returns policy

We are pleased to exchange or provide a full refund for any unopened products provided that you return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery. If there has been no error on our part we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery and you will be responsible for the return postage and packaging. Please note that we cannot accept opened or damaged goods as returns. Please ensure that any items to be sent back are returned securely. Daydreamer Blinds cannot be held liable for returned items which do not reach us.
If any goods delivered by us are faulty, damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or fail to match the items ordered by you, then you should email us explaining the problem to within seven working days of receipt and we will contact you to resolve the matter. If we do not receive notification, you will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.
